COMMERCIAL VENDOR INFORMATION
Complete the online application form, making sure to indicate the size of booth and inside or outside location preference. Also, list all items to be displayed or sold in your booth. Items not listed on the application will not be allowed. All items listed must be approved in advance by Fair Management. You may also complete a hard copy of the form and mail it in to us if you prefer.
Complete the credit card information section of the application or send payment (deposit or in full) by check and we will hold it until we have confirmed a location with you. Once your booth is confirmed and payment is finalized, that payment is non-refundable. Your application will not be considered if payment is not received along with it.
General Liability Insurance is required but a certificate does not need to be sent to us until contracts are released. We want to work with you to honor your preference for space to the best of our ability, taking into consideration: 1) the date your application and payment is received and 2) the compatibility of various exhibits with one another.
FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION
One of the best things to do at the Fair is eat! It is the time of year when you can enjoy Fair favorites such as elephant ears, corn dogs, cotton candy and funnel cakes. In addition to these classics, the Fair offers up a great variety of foods from around the globe and some great Tastes of Eugene as well.
