BACKGROUND
The Lane County Fair is one of the largest county fairs in
the Northwest attracting an average of 165,000 visitors over a
six-day period in mid-August. It is among the most successful
county fairs in the Pacific Northwest and the place where
you can reach your target audience.
Top name entertainers representing Country, Classic Rock and Pop music genres perform nightly. Last year's 2007 Mainstage entertainment lineup featured a stellar line-up: The Charlie Daniels Band, REO Speedwagon and Clay Walker. In 2008, the Fair will feature Canned Heat, Jack Ingram, Little Big Town and Chicago.
While emphasis on the county’s strong agricultural heritage is a mainstay at the Fair, the event also features activities that bring families and friends together to showcase and celebrate the talents and achievements of its community. From the carnival midway to the Kids Park, and exhibition area showcasing the county’s finest homegrown talent, the Lane County Fair is a place where memories are made.
