ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

To avoid making online registration errors, please carefully read the following guidelines.

  1. Find the department information page and write down the Section(s) and Class(s) for each department you want to enter.
  2. Click on the "REGISTER ONLINE" link at the bottom of this page and go to the Fair Management Program.
  3. Create an account; enter your first name, user email address, and password. (Write this information down somewhere as it is case sensitive and you will need the exact information to get back into your account.)
  4. If you know your Sections and Classes, go to "Quick Entry". If you still need to look up information go into "Premium Book", you can look up Sections and Classes by department.
  5. Once completed, go to "Entry Summary" to review your entries. If the data is correct, you may hit "Continue Checkout". If you would like to submit the data later just exit out of the program and your information will be saved until you return.
  6. After clicking on "Continue Checkout" you will have an opportunity to print out your summary. After reviewing the Rules of the Fair, click the box that says you have read and understand the rules, then click "Continue". If you do not click "Continue" at this point your entries will not be released to be downloaded to the Fair Program.
  7. There is no transaction fee so once you get an invoice printed out then you are done. The invoice is just a record of your entries and no money transaction should be listed.
  8. If you forgot an entry, you can always go back in and add to what you have already entered, or it can be fixed on the day you bring your entry in. To begin your online registration, click the link below.
